The Merge Gardens Teaser Series consists of short, connected episodes that offer a glimpse into a larger story, drawing viewers into the characters’ journeys and the strange, magical atmosphere of Myrtlegrove Estate.

At the heart of it all is Daisy, a young woman who inherits her missing uncle’s rundown estate. She expects a quick renovation project, but what she finds is something far more mysterious. The garden is overgrown with human-shaped topiary, twisted roots, and odd plants — all pointing toward secrets buried in her family’s past. As the story unfolds, Daisy uncovers clues about her uncle’s disappearance and awakens an inherited gift known as the “Green Thumb.”

Each teaser builds on the mystery, blending themes of family legacy, hidden history, and supernatural powers. The tone is just the right mix of eerie and inviting, pulling players deeper into the lore as Daisy’s simple renovation becomes a journey of discovery.

After some brainstorming between Futureplay, Bond, and Kim, the team decided to try a different marketing approach for the game’s relaunch: cinematic-style teasers. Instead of showcasing gameplay, the trailers focused on storytelling with the kind of drama and atmosphere you’d expect from a feature film - not from typical mobile game marketing.

The approach struck a chord. The teaser series found a massive audience on YouTube and went viral on TikTok, racking up more than 30 million views. One trailer alone reached that milestone, while the YouTube channel grew to 25,000 subscribers and now averages around 250,000 views per episode.

Following the relaunch, downloads surged by 60% in just three months, while monthly revenue climbed by 40%.
